Introduction of Dual Flapper Check Valve
The dual flapper check valve is a standard coiled tubing tools as the part of the BHA tools. The dual flapper check valves prevent well fluid from flowing back into the coiled tubing when the coiled tubing string or ground equipment fails or is damaged. The dual flapper check valves designed with a double-sealed structure to improve the check valve safety. The PTFE sealing structure is used for low-pressure sealing, and the valve plate metal sealing structure ensures the sealing performance of the tool under high pressure
